Established over 40 years ago in New Delhi, Khurmi Associates has been
instrumental in shaping the city's residential, commercial, hospitality
and institutional landscape. From early housing developments to large-
format hotels and malls, our journey reflects the growth of modern urban
India. What began as a vision to create responsible, functional
architecture has evolved into a multi-disciplinary practice delivering
projects of scale, complexity and lasting relevance.

Our Principal Architect
An architect and planner by training, Mr. Harpreet Khurmi holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master's in Planning with a specialisation in Housing from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and is an IGBC Accredited Professional. He took over the leadership of Khurmi Associates in 1996, building on a legacy established in 1979 while shaping a design approach rooted in efficiency, clarity, and practicality. For him, architecture is a balance of vision and discipline, where design excellence must align with budgets, regulations, and the realities of construction.
Throughout his career, Mr. Khurmi has led and personally overseen a wide spectrum of residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and public-sector projects. A defining phase of his professional journey came during the Commonwealth Games period, when he was responsible for handling multiple hospitality projects simultaneously, strengthening his expertise in managing complex developments under compressed timelines. His experience spans landmark hospitality projects such as Radisson Blu Dwarka, Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar, and Welcome Hotel by ITC, along with prominent commercial developments including D Mall in Rohini and Pitampura. His work extends beyond Delhi to Tier Il and Tier Ill cities and international assignments in Melbourne, Australia, reflecting an adaptive and forward-looking professional outlook.
